Safeguarding

St Botolph's and St James the Greater churches are both committed to the highest standards in the safeguarding and care of children, young people and vulnerable adults. As a Christian church we believe that safeguarding is a core value that underpins everything we do. Both churches have a safeguarding policy in place which is regularly reviewed and can be found on display in church or accessed here.

This includes making sure that all persons in positions of responsibility are appropriately selected and appointed. Any concerns are promptly reported and investigated. Anyone who has suffered harm or is the subject of an allegation is helped to find the right support.
